Cancellation charges

within 4 hours of departure time then cancellation amount will be 100%
within 24 hours of departure time then cancellation amount will be 70%
within 72 hours of departure time then cancellation amount will be 10%
within 168 hours of departure time then cancellation amount will be 10%

anytime before 168 hours of departure time then cancellation amount will be 10%

Note: In addition to the bus operator’s cancellation charges,Travel Sky Fly charges a service fee of Rs 5 per passenger per journey for all cancellations.
